Top Ten Android Smartphones (July, 2011)

The smartphone market is full of Android handsets, and Google does its best to keep its authority. There are many kinds of Android smartphones designed for different groups of people — some of them are classified as high-end devices and cost much, the others are mid-range or low-end phones that are less expensive. So it’s the right time to choose the best ones among all these Android smartphones.

We decided to address to our friends from AndroidCentral, and below is the top 10 of the best Android smartphones of July 2011. This rank refers only the data analyzed for July, so if your Android-based smartphone is out from this list, maybe it will appear in the next month’s rank.

Before I introduce the list, it’ll be better to meet the rules of election: “We look at what phones you’re visiting the site with, and searching for. And what phones you’re searching for in our store. What phones you’re talking about.”

Samsung cooking Android-powered phone under $100

Samsung’s product manager for the Samsung Reclaim, Casey Ryan said while talking to a New York Times reporter, that the users can expect to get their grip on Android powered touch screen devices, priced well below US $100. There was no mention about whether Samsung will be offering the devices or not. Also, there were no more details regarding the devices. But, if this report is to be believed, then we can expect to see Android devices all over the place.

Sprint readying two Android devices for an October 11th release

If you are a regular at xda-developers, you would be knowing that some time back in April, a senior member had posted “I work for a wireless developer firm and I have just received word from the US carrier (cannot disclose who yet) that the release date for the HTC Hero (Android) is October 11th 2009.” Now, that was amazing. But, the announcement seems to be fruitifying now. Have a look at the picture below :

There are not one, but two devices awaiting an Octber 11th release. But, what is Samsung Q ? Is it some mysterious device or is it, the much heard-of, Samsung i7500 ? We had also heard that Samsung is working on an Android-powered 4G device. Does that mean, Samsung Q will have 4G ? Lets wait and watch.

Galaxy to hit Germany

We had a lot of speculation about Galaxy, or the Samsung i7500. But, some time back, HTC had officially announced its plans to launch Galaxy aka Samsung i7500 in Germany. And now, the device has been finally launched in Germany, with O2 being its sole carrier and priced at less than $100 US.

The device has very impressive features, and was one of the most awaited devices of the year. Now that it has been released, it remains to be seen how well it is being accepted in the Germany market.

Samsung i7500, probably the first Android device, is out on a video now. Sometime back, we had reported that the Samsung i7500 awaits a June release in the European market. And, as per the report, it had quite impressive features.
