Verizon to launch an Android phone manufactured by Motorola in Q4 2009

Motorola is working on an Android cell phone for American carrier giant, Verizon. Possibly, it can be Moto Calgary, which is pictured below. It sports a full Qwerty keyboard. We have no clue about the specs of the device yet. But, the device will be launched in the fourth quarter of this year.

The Calgary appears to have a qwerty version of the crappy “flat” keyboard found on the RAZR series of phones. Even on-screen keyboards work better than the RAZR keyboards… I’ve had the RAZR and RAZR 2 and HATE the keyboards. Stupid move Moto.
